Meadow Named 4th Best Small Business to Work for in Oregon 2026

Meadow Outdoor Advertising is once again in the Top 5 Best Small Businesses to Work in Oregon! This year, we were ranked 4th by Oregon Business Magazine out of 73 small businesses that entered the competition. Meadow, it turns out, is the best little billboard company in the world to work for!

We believe that treating our employees well will also increase our customers’ satisfaction and overall business performance. We have low turnover rates, allowing clients to establish a strong relationship with our staff. In fact, about half of Meadow’s employees have been working at Meadow for 10 years or more, and 12 of those employees have been here for 20 years or more. Additionally, encouraging collaboration rather than a strict hierarchy within our staff streamlines communication with clients and helps us catch and correct errors quickly. This type of company culture ensures that we have the maximum number of voices offering good ideas, so we arrive at the best solution, rather than the one offered by the highest-ranking manager in the room.
